Don't worry - I think (hope) TT means work in the artistic sense, rather than toil! A

Would it be a good idea to come up with a short tag we could add to photos to identify their entry into a contest?
We could have something like "Sheffield Challenge 2006 #2" but there is too much room to mistype it, so I was thinking more of something short, and easy to figure out, "shch0602" would be my buest guess, any other suggestions?
The main reason for doing this is it makes displaying all the entries on external websites like the blog easier.

Good idea Stubbs, could we not make it even simpler, say "Sh62"?

could do, the 0602 came from IT background and wanting to keep the length of the strings the same size :-)
Of course, in the year 3006 we'll have to come up with a new tagging scheme, but it wont be in use by then.
And the "ch" lets us use a similar tagging system for other stuff, like the Guess Where's for example could be "shgw" etc etc.
(and with that I've ensured my place in history when 1000 years from now the Sheffield Flickr group suffers it's very own Y3K problem)

I'd be worried in 2106 myself, if I was alive then of course!
Totally agree it's the right thing to do to keep the strings the same length though.

Thanks for doing this TT. I'd better make sure I'm in Sheffield for more than 10 minutes in the next few months.
