1.) The picture must be taken in Shasta County.
2.) The pictures should reflect the character of Shasta County.
3.) Portraits, unless they have a local angle, are strongly discouraged.
4.) Try to challenge yourself. I love a good sunset/sunrise photo as much as anyone, but I'd like the pool to be more than just endless sunsets.
