About LaSalle Bank Shamrock Shuffle
Welcome to The LaSalle Bank Shamrock Shuffle's Flickr group! We're looking for your pictures of The 2007 LaSalle Bank Shamrock Shuffle for use on our homepage, and perhaps in one of our future print pieces. You can add photos to our feed by sharing the photo with this group.
All photographs will be reviewed by our Graphic Design Manager and if she selects your photo, you will be contacted by her individually via Flickr mail to discuss usage, permissions and crediting.
We would like to see images of the Runners/Walkers, Spectators, and the Course (see links to course maps below). Please don't limit yourself to the Start and Finish Lines, there's a whole lot of road to cover! This is a fun event that kicks of the running season in Chicago, so have fun with this assignment. Considering the immense amount of talent to be found on Flickr, we're certain you will capture some amazing moments. We look forward to seeing and sharing them with our participants and the world.
Health & Fitness Expo (Friday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Navy Pier, Festival Hall A)
The Race (Sunday, March 25, 2007) -- There are two events that make up the Shamrock Shuffle, the 8K Run and the 5K Walk . We would like to see photos from both!
To be a part of the group pool, you may post photos at any resolution. But if you would like to be considered for publication they should meet the following minimum technical specifications:
For web: 72 d.p.i @ 2100 x 1500 pixels (approx. 5"x7")
For print: 300 d.p.i @ 2100 x 1500 pixels (approx. 5"x7").
NOTE: We may do some minor touching-up in Photoshop before using it.
P.S. Be sure to keep an eye out for our upcoming 2007 LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon Photography Contest! Details to follow....
