ShakeIt is a new app ... What Do You Think Of It?
|
The app has only just seen its release on the iTunes App Store. A full featured version is on its way. For these two reasons we really want some feedback.
So, what do you think?
Good Bits, Bad Bits?
What features would you like to see in future revisions or in the fully featured version?

I think it's really a great app and I love the results. To really make it a Polaroid experience, I would have the app only show what it will take and then take it. Don't ask for approval.
I like the results and my 6-year-old son loves having to shake the camera to get the picture to develop. Nice app.

I've just recently bought the app and I'm very pleased with it, take lots of pics with it and like it a lot! I've tried other polaroid apps and this one has the best picture quality and resolution of them all!
What I would like to see in a future update is maybe adding effects to the pic like b&w, sepia, contrast and brightness adjusting. Other features I would love to see is being able to draw on the finished pic and adding text, which is possible on other apps like Polarize and A+ Smile.

Several of the people posting to the "ShakeIt" group here aren't aware that they are posting their "ShakeItPhoto" pics.
"ShakeIt" is not the app that they are using. Why are you allowing people to post another app's pics in your group? The majority of these pics are not from your app!!

Dear members of my Flickr group,
The square formatted photos are not a product of the iPhone app called ShakeIt. The Polaroid formatted photos & longer framed photos are from ShakeIt.
This is Flickr, this is the internet, its a free world and so is my Flickr group/pool - so post what you will & share the love : ).
And if you would like to try the real ShakeIt, the namesake of this Group, you can try it here get it from iTunes:
ShakeIt Lite (Free) - itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?i...
ShakeIt ($0.99) - itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?i...
Dear Alexia,
Your app is as awesome as mine. It's name is as awesome as mine. Your boyfriends name is as cool as mine. What can I say ... great minds think alike. And all great minds are called Nick ... ? shrug.
I would appreciate it if you could stop posting shamelessly damaging comments accompanied by cheap advertising of your own app on the various blog postings about my app and on iTunes. Particularly:

As your stunningly gorgeous face demonstrates, the golden proportion is a proven ratio that is the definition of all things beautiful, just like the true format of a polaroid and the golden nostalgic that my app, ShakeIt, produces with its superior white balancing algorithms ( mind you I partly had to guess cos in sunlight my actual polaroids had more of a blueish white balance ).
: ).
