About Shade Tree Mechanics
A shade-tree mechanic is, by definition, someone who likes to service and repair their own vehicles where the skills, tools, experience, materials and equipment allow.
This means knowing when to back off and get something repaired by a properly trained and qualified person where necessary, otherwise being prepared to get stuck in and do the work to fix or upgrade something.
Shade Tree Mechanics fully support the Right to Repair Coalition and other similar campaigns in Europe, Australia, Canada, and other major developed and developing economies around the globe.
