About Slow Food Québec

Slow Food Québec is a branch of the International Slow Food community, promoting ecological food production, pleasures of healthy and diverse alimentation.

The objective of that group is to find photos which could be used for headers on the Slow Food Québec website. This site has been created by dedicated volunteers.

For the publication of a photo, Slow Food Québec will compensate the author by publishing its name (or avatar) on one page of the site, with an hyperlink to the original photo published on Flickr.

In order to ensure consistancy with the look and feel of the website, the photos may be modified. No photos will be used without consent from the author. You can view examples of headers already produced here: Slow Food Québec Headers.

Some photos could be used in other pages of the site (to highlight an event or article). In all cases, Slow Food Québec will confirm consent with the authors prior to using their work, and will credit
their contribution.

We invite you to submit your nice 'food photos', cooked or not... of public markets, vegetable garden, rare fruits and veggies, wheath fields, local bakery... and any other photo that could illustrate the Slow Food philosophy.

Slow Food Québec est un convium du mouvement international Slow Food, qui propose une approche écogastronomique afin d'éveiller le public aux plaisirs d'une alimentation diversifiée, conviviale et éthique.

Le but de ce groupe est de trouver des photos qui pourraient être
utilisées dans l'en-tête du site de Slow Food Québec. C"est un site qui a été conçu bénévolement par des membres dévoués. En échange de la publication d'une photo, Slow Food Québec s'engage à créditer l'auteur de la photo (avatar, ou nom complet) sur une page du site, avec un lien vers la photo originale dans Flickr.

Afin d'assurer une constance d'image sur le site, les photos seront modifiées pour le format de l'en-tête et manipulées légèrement pour respecter le concept initial du site. Aucune photo ne sera utilisée sans l'accord préalable de l'auteur. Pour avoir un exemple des en-têtes déjà réalisés, vous pouvez les voir ici : En-têtes Slow Food Québec.

Des photos pourraient également être utilisées à l'intérieur des pages (pour illustrer un article ou un événement). Les mêmes conditions s'appliquent concernant l'entente entre l'auteur de la photo et Slow Food Québec.

Nous vous invitons donc à soumettre vos belles photos de bouffe, cuisinée ou pas, de marchés publics, ou de toute photo qui pourrait illustrer le mouvement de Slow Food.
