"The SERA Cave Carnival is the annual caving event of SERA. It is hosted by a grotto or cave survey on a rotating basis. The event is usually held over a weekend in May or June. Usually there are between 400 and 700 attendees. There are many activities including: Led and self-guided caving trips, vendors, rope climbing contests, squeeze box, a band one night, a munchie stand and fellowship." www.caves.org/region/sera/CaveCarn.htm

The 58th annual SERA Cave Carnival is May 28-31, 2009. More information at sera2009.org/.
