About Deafblind Awareness Week - 22-28 June 2009 - A sensory feast!

As part of worldwide Deafblind Awareness Week Sense is giving the web a complete sensory makeover.

The Internet keeps our eyes and ears very, very busy. There’s always something to see and hear. But what would it be like to share some of our other senses – like taste, smell and touch on the web?

Well, that’s what our little experiment is all about. We want to connect everyone online with the way we experience the real world – through our senses. Share a world of sense experiences online by tagging your photos with senses:
taste, smell, touch, sight, sound, and help us to raise awareness!


The web is more than sound and vision. Taste the web! Smell the web! Touch the web!
