About Sense the City photography project shortlist selection
Taking inspiration from Sense and the City we challenged you to stop a while and sense the city. We asked for snapshots of a 'smart, connected and on the move' London: a city buzzing with activity 24 hours a day. These are our fifty shortlisted entries.
The shortlisted photographers will be invited to attend a celebration at the Museum on Friday 20 January, where three photographs will be selected for special commendation by our advisers: Clive Birch, Visiting Tutor on the Royal College of Art's Vehicle Design Programme and Johanna Empson, Talks and Events Programmer at the Photographers' Gallery.
The fifty photographs will be on display in the Museum between 21 January - 18 March 2012.
