About Senior Moments
This is a group for photos TAKEN BY SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHERS (50+ years old and proud of it) (not photos showing elderly subjects or old objects).
JOINING THIS GROUP: New members must have in your Profile a statement indicating that you are 50 years of age or older. You can state your age, state your year of birth, or simply state "I am over 50 years old", in your Profile. You will not be allowed to remain in the group until this requirement is met.
Please do not join this group without carefully reading the group rules !
ABOUT POSTING: The posting limit is 3 per day. A posting limit is simply an Admin's way of suggesting that everyone ought to be selective about posting only their very most favorite photos to the group pool. And, please don't be shy about posting favorite older photos from your archive along with the new ones fresh out of your camera.
ABOUT POSTING VIDEOS: If posting a video to Senior Moments, you must post a still photo in the group pool with a link to your video in the photo's description. You are also encouraged to post your video to the "Videos" topic in the group's Discussions, to call attention to it.
PLEASE BE A GOOD CITIZEN! ... Being a good citizen means being supportive of your neighbors. Please try to look at the new stuff posted by your fellow group members as often as you can, and spread Comments and Faves generously across the landscape. Also, please invite your fellow seniors to join "Senior Moments".

I believe that this group provides us with opportunity to show off our photos to an attentive, mature, appreciative and supportive audience with perhaps a slightly different focus than the Flickr universe at large. Many different personalities and styles are represented by the "Senior Moments" members, and each brings something valuable to the group in his or her own way. I hope that many of you will come to think of this as your Flickr "home group".
