What distinguishes this self-portrait group from all the rest?

Here are questions you need to ask yourself to determine whther your pictures pass the wholesomeness criterion:

Are they the kind of self-portraits you would be proud to show your parents, immediate members of your family, and all your other relatives by affinity and consanguinity?

Are they the kind of self-portraits that would not - to any degree - lessen the chances of your acceptance if they should someday find their way in the hands of recruitment / hiring personnel of companies and admissions / screening committees of universities?

Are they the kind of self-portraits that would not - to any extent - make you feel ashamed or embarrassed were they to get published in a major newspaper or magazine?

All your facial features must be clearly visible in the picture -- eyes, nose, and lips particularly :).
