About Secular Gays and Allies

This group is for the many Atheist/Agnostic and other secular gay people and our secular allies.

As with the civil rights movement, the church is emphasized in the gay rights movement. This is good and bad. Churches are places where people organize to bring about change. However, some people such as myself have had enough of religion and faith and want to bring about positive change to our secular government through secular means. We don't get nearly as much visibility as moderate religious denominations which support gay rights. This group is a place for us to come together and be visible and support each other.
