No rules really, just whatever it is you really like about anything remotely related to boating, yes even powerboating (talk about breaking down barriers). Discussion on just about anything is welcome as long as it comes from your perspective, the people who consider themselves sailors even if the closest they have been to a boat is a screensaver.
Feel free to think of this group as your very own, a kind of sailors pub if you will.
