About Sean-nós Northwest

Pictures from the annual Sean-nós Northwest Festival in the American Pacific Northwest -- or any other local pictures of sean-nos dancing, sean-nos singing, Irish language events or other related traditions.

Sean-nós NorthWest celebrates and promotes three aspects of traditional Irish culture – sean-nós singing, sean-nós dancing, and Gaeilge, the Irish language. These cultural treasures are incredibly rare to find anywhere outside of Ireland. We aim to sustain a vibrant community for these arts in the Pacific Northwest through an annual festival as well as workshops, classes, performances, and lectures.
