27 Feb 09 - I love my home town and did not find a group specific to Seal Beach. I have started this group in hopes that I can share the love of this small town. Either through locals or visitors. Everyone is welcome. Please post favorite places that reflect the romantic, scenic, peaceful, fun places or querky of our wonderful little town. Please be selective and diverse. Do not post the same type of shot of one subject over and over. Please show me what I may be missing.

About Seal Beach, California

Seal Beach is like a small town I have grown up on the outer edges of it but still with in the city limits. I enjoy Old Town and its charm. But since I have started taking photography classes I have discovered so many unique places. This town is more than just a beach and pier.

PLEASE NO NUDITY or OBSCENE GESTURES

POST YOUR OWN CURRENT WORK

Please make sure they are or are in public places we can all walk up to or walk by and hopefully can visit and enjoy for ourselves, if is a private space and you must post please label and tell us more about the space

Please if there are people in your photo make it more voyeristic and natural. Please no posed tourist type shots or shots of just a group or family. Make it about SealBeach.

With the previous said if your family or friends are in the shot it should not be a problem if the location is the subject and more of it is seen.
