About Sculpture in the Sanctuary

The second Sculpture in the Sanctuary Exhibition opens its doors to the general public from Saturday 23rd July until Monday 29th August 2011. The delightfully landscaped 15-acre sanctuary is an ideal location for the exhibition showing over 400 fascinating, beautiful and inspirational works from over 100 local, national and international artists and sculptors.

This year sees the use of two large green houses at Reg Taylors Garden Centre adorned with sculpture and extending the exhibition site.

Various activities and events will take place during the exhibition. For further details please visit the Sculpture in the Sanctuary website.

This group has been established to enable an informal interaction between visitors and artists. Images recorded of sculptures during the exhibition can be uploaded to the group for comment and discussion. Online visitors and group members can be involved before, during and after the exhibition through the group.

The majority of sculptures are for sale and the exhibition catalogue gives brief details of the artist, their work, contact details and pricing. Further information on specific sculptures can be gained by contacting the artist directly, for more general discussion, feedback and a little chit-chat you are invited to join and contribute to this group.

Enjoy the virtual exhibition and please share your thoughts.

Admission: Adults £5 OAP's £4.50, children under 16 free.
