Around the coast of Scotland, over the last year, groups of people have been working away, St. Ayles Skiffs - traditional plywood rowing boat of a traditional design. Most people would never have attempted such a difficult challenge but the Scottish Coastal Rowing Project

has made the challenge winnable.

If you're involved in the project anywhere in Scotland, add your photos to this pool. Picture of new boats on the stocks are especially welcome. Pictures of the boat as it comes together are also very welcome. Finally, the boat on the water after successful completion are really what we want here! Please add some details of your project inception and progress towards launch.
