About Scorgan 52 Week

The main purpose of this group is not to be a contest but, rather, to encourage the members to use their cameras every week because we believe that practice is a good way of getting better. So, get out there and have some fun!

General "rules":

* A photo a week

* Photoshop allowed within reason (I think photography is your own expression, and if you want to Photoshop changes in to make it match your vision, that's fine - but the goal here is still to work on photography, so let's try and make the focus actually capturing the image, not touching it up afterward)

* Open date Sundays

* Feel free to catch up when you fall behind - the perils of seeing everyone else's work is your own responsibility at that point

* Comments/compliments/constructive criticism are a good idea - let's just litter up our photo pages with discussion

* We take turns picking themes - themes can be pretty much anything you want
