I picked #24, not because I am pro-orange, but because its colors are pleasant to the eyes when I stare at it for a long time. #25 is my close second.
These two have elegant composition AND good use of colors to enhance the mood, not overshadow everything else.
Everybody's judging criteria on colors are different. These are just my personal choices.

I just discovered that I also get to vote. Wow! It's a difficult choice though... My criteria are going to be: do I like the picture and does the picture shout COLOR at me when I look at it?
There are a few photos that I find very interesting from a philosophical point of view (such as the non-color orange 15, and the blue black and white 14) or from a scientific point of view (bio in 22, biomimicry in 26 and the gaseous state in 8). These pictures do shout at me, but it's something else they say. Definitely shouting 'color' are for example 1, 10, 20, 21, 23, 25.
I love 18, the urban rainbow. But after scrolling back and forth, I think I'll end up with voting for #24, the color contrasted with severely non-color..
