About Schulich Medicine & Dentistry

The Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at The University of Western Ontario is dedicated to preparing tomorrow’s doctors, dentists and health researchers to become leaders who will shape the future of health care.

The School is located in London, Ontario, Canada and has more than 1,800 faculty and 2,700 students in medicine, dentistry, undergraduate medical sciences, graduate studies and postgraduate training, Its areas of research strength include: Biomedical Imaging; Cancer; Cardiovascular, Respiratory Health and Metabolic Diseases; Maternal, Fetal, Child and Family Health; Infection and Immunity; Musculoskeletal Health; and Neuroscience and Mental Health. With approximately $130 million in research revenue annually, it is home to 23 Canada Research Chairs, the Robarts Research Institute and hundreds of other world-class groups and investigators.
