About Digital Image Creations

Shih Chien University. Department of Communications Design.

In Taiwan, The University, formerly known as Shih Chien College of Home Economics was founded in March 1958 by Mr. Tung-Min Shieh.

In August 1991 the school was upgraded to become Shih Chien College of Design and Management.

About Digital Image/Graphic Design

This course stresses an aesthetic understanding of the medium of photography. Students will develop conceptual and technical photographic skill and will also be encouraged to think across disciplinary lines, to see photographs within a larger cultural context. The filmless camera and the computer are at the core of this course. Students will explore the possibilities of digital photo imaging and the impact these new technologies are having on art.

From 1992 up to now the works in places hold many times such as
Taiwan, US, Italy, South Korea, Switzerland, Spain, Russia solo exhibition
with the join exhibition, carried on the cross domain conformity
creation and the design, presently for exhibition the person for the
specialized artistic creator.
