About SCAdian Regalia
I have noticed a surprising lack on the web of images of regalia. At first I thought it was just an An Tiran fluke, but other kingdoms too seem to have only sparse visual catalogues of their regalia, if any at all, and they are often poorly notated, and difficult to find.
I have been looking at my kingdom's regalia for almost 20 years, and we have some amazing things... I've seen some come and go, used by some rulers and neglected by others... It exists to be looked at- So lets SEE it!
This group is for images of official Regalia, from any branch-level, and of course, from any kingdom. If you know the details of the Regalia pictured, (Where it's from, what it relates to, who created it, etc...) please include them. If you're looking for images relating to a specific piece of regalia, feel free to inquire in the group's forums.
Discussion of regalia, (its creators, heritage, history, and so on,) are also encouraged!
While regalia of non-SCAdian historical groups is welcome, please specify it's origin, and please do not post regalia of actual, mundane royalty.
