In conjunction with Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve's 15th anniversary celebrations on 6 & 7 Dec, I am organising the first ever Macro Maniacs Flickr Exhibition to be held at SBWR.
35 pictures from 35 photographers will be showcased at this exhibition. Guest of Honour, SM Goh Chok Tong will be touring this exhibition on the morning of 6 Dec.
I will be giving a 1 hour talk on Sunday 7 Dec at 2 pm at the SBWR theatrette.
Title is "The Weird and Wonderful World of Nature Macros". Do come and listen if you can. It will be very comforting for me to see some familiar faces in the audience :).
We are also having a Vote for your Fave PIc contest. Visitors will be asked to vote for their fave pictures from the exhibition. Voting starts on 6 Dec and will close at 4 pm on 7 Dec. Attractive prizes to be won!

Calling all fans of Singapore's only wetland reserve. Showcase all your lovely Sungei Buloh photos here!
My aim in setting up this group is to create a repository of all good quality photos taken at Singapore's Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve (SBWR). Let's show everyone all the weird, wonderful creatures and plants that can be found in this beautiful wetland reserve.
My other aim is a little more selfish. I want to see other photographers' interpretation of the reserve. Looking at SBWR through a fresh set of eyes (so to speak) - a new angle or perspective.....
....So come let's share, "What do YOU see?"
Feel free to include pictures of events held at the reserve, but do add a title and a description of the event.
