About Critique Me, The Sandwich Method

For most of us, we are here to learn and grow as photographers. Learning what we are doing correctly and what we are not is what helps us create more learning tools and helps us learn from our mistakes. This group has been created for those of us who would like in depth critiques on our photos so we can do exactly that. A suggestion for anyone wishing to get better constructive criticism on how to better improve their photos would be to include the formula you used to create that particular photo. Include the ISO, f-stop, shutter speed, and any other information relevant to that photo, including the selections you may have used on any photo processing program such as; photoshop, Adobe Elements, Paintshop Pro, Art Explosion, etc.


To submit your photo to the pool above, go to your photostream and click on the photo you would like to submit. To the left directly above the photo will be a line of icons, click on the one that says "Send to Group." This will send your photo to Critique Me's photo pool. When you come back to this page, your photo will now show up in the photo pool. Begin critiquing the photo to the direct right of yours and finish by critiquing all 3 photos to the direct right of yours.

Also, make sure you participate in our bi-weekly photo assignments/contests. A new assignment is posted every two weeks and runs for a month. It ends on the same day it started the following month. The winners get their photo featured on the front page and a critique by an Administrator on their photo page.
