About Samsung Pink Ribbon – Everyone is Art Welcome to the Samsung Pink Ribbon Photo Campaign 2010! Samsung Pink Ribbon has launched ‘Everyone Is Art’, an invitation for people all over Europe to feature in the first giant collaborative artwork that will raise awareness of women and men affected by breast cancer. We are appealing for you to upload photos of yourself or your loved ones, together with information about how or why your lives have been touched by breast cancer. 1,096 of these images will be selected by British artist Samira Harris and used as a medium to recreate Botticelli’s ‘Birth of Venus’. 1,096 is the number of women diagnosed with breast cancer in Europe each day and ‘Everyone Is Art’ has been launched in association with 17 European breast cancer charities including Breakthrough Breast Cancer in the UK. http://www.morethantalk.eu	Additional Information This is a public group.
