Hi all,
We have finally come to the end of our mammoth Photography 101 competition and it is time to announce the winner of the Canon EOS 400D bundle.

Congratulations to Jan Korrubel on winning the Canon EOS 400D Bundle.

It was a tough choice as there were many superb entries and participants. In the end it came down to consistency, participation, and growth. We hope Jan enjoys his prize and continue to participate in Photography 101.

As you would have noticed in the latest issue of SACM, we have already started the new series which, for the next 6 months, will be addressing a slightly different aspect to photography. Canon (www.canon.co.za) came onboard again and will be sponsoring a Canon PowerShot SX110is for each assignment. Each month there will be one prize for the winning entry and even though we will not have a big prize bundle at the end of the current series, the individual prize will be supplemented with hardware and software from DDS (www.directservices.co.za) each month.

I will be updating this page with some more information on the current series soon and I will also address some of the questions I have received via email and on the forums
