About LightSabers Everywhere
A group showing lightsabers in 'everyday' situations.
(i.e. not situations where people are actually posing for a star wars pic).
Here's an example, a lightsaber used as a rather dangerous eraser on a pencil....
To re-itereate, this group is only for Lightsabers used where they should not be, e.g. As lamp-posts, as erasers on pencils, being used to slice bread and so on....
I.e. anything but the stereotypical saber shot. No sword fights, no conventional poses.... for that sort of picture, see the Lightsabers of the Star Wars Universe pool.
Let your imagination run riot!
(Yes, using photoshop or the open source 'Gimp' is quite acceptable - no real lightsabers are required)
As mentioned in the forum, there are lots of guides online. This one is written for the Open Source image manipulation software, The Gimp. Here is another tutorial which essentially uses the same method.
