13 Mar 08 - South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Photographers The organization was established on December 8, 1985 by India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives and Bhutan. On April 3, 2007, Afghanistan became the latest member country to join SAARC at the 14th summit in New Delhi.
