About rural exploration
Have you seen the Urban Exploration groups? This group is for those who explore the interiors of abandoned buildings in rural settings.
BE CAREFUL: There's just as much danger involved in entering a dilapidated rural building as there is in exploring an empty city structure. Concerns about trespassing and physical risk (rotten floors, trapdoors, broken stairs) are the same. Rural buildings have additional dangers -- critters of every variety (some who leave viruses behind, i.e. hanta virus), the possibility of stumbling across illegal activity (meth labs or grow ops), and it can be downright spooky! Still, it's rewarding when you come across remnants of past inhabitants and the way they once lived their lives.
