Who are We?

For anyone doesn’t know us, we are an online community deliver Runway Clothes to the public. First thing that you need to know is that we are not a “company” nor “ corporation”! We are a group of people that loves fashion and believe that we can deliver more runway clothes to general public. Every one of us has spent sometime in life to help this community function and we are only generating little profit for the things that we do. Please do finish reading the group descriptions in our online group so you will have better understanding of whom we are and what we do! Who are We?

Where do we get our clothes from?

This Runway Fashion community involves people from many different places of the world such as England, Russia, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, New York, Vancouver, Paris, Sydney, Tokyo, and Rome. And people in this community works in different area and most of us do related somehow with the fashion industry. Therefore we decide to deliver Runway style clothes to the general public, one of our members is a factory owner and other member will pass on the design to him and have him produce the clothes! ALL THE CLOTHES WILL NOW HAVE “RUNWAY FASHION” TAG ON IT! These are 100% real RUNWAY Clothes, directly from the fashion shows!

How do we function?

Community Member Locate Runway fashion clothes → Member Pass on the design → One of our member’s factory review the design then produce it → Total Quality check → Local contact promote our group then receive orders → Ship out the items → delivered by local contacts

Who are our Customers?

Our customers are from local clothing stores, boutique, and individual E-bayer. As for now we have customers from many different cities and countries, and we do think of our customers’ point of view to maximize their profit that is why we start to produce our own line, the cost will become more reasonable for more local store can afford to sell them!

How to Purchase?

Again, we are not a company nor corporation therefore we only accepting paypal as payment! We do not sell single item to individuals, our minimum order is 3 pieces(can be combination of any three items). Find the items that you want copy the item number and the quantity you want send it to [factoryplant@kimo.com] and we will reply you within 24hrs. For every transaction we require 50% deposit before we start gathering your orders and when the item is ready for shipping we request other 50% payment before we ship out your orders.
And due to we are not doing this for full time job therefore we only have two shipping date which is the 15th and 30th of every month and our orders close for the month on the 14th and 29th date of the month any orders after the 15th and 30th will postpone to the next shipping date.

Return Policy

We do accept return and exchange but not refund, when you find out anything is wrong with your order, all you need to do is send us email within 3 days you receive the items and returns to us in 7 days.

Becoming one of us

Over the years we successfully develop a great fashion community, our goal is not to generate great profit but for the love of fashion. If you are a fashion lover you can becoming one of us simply send your request to us and join our group. However, due to preventing non authentic clothes into our profile we will have to know where you getting your clothes from and how, therefore if you want to participate in the activities in this community you will have to send related information to us. Once we verify your information we will further introduce you the procedures of how to participate all the activities that we do.

Local Designers WELCOME

We welcome any local designers! Currently, we do carry many local designer’s clothes from all over the world and that is the reason why you might not even recognize some of the brand that we carry. We value local designer’s brand as much as we value those big brand name! Over the years we feel that the sometime the fashion industry is too much driven by certain group of taste and sometimes only local designers can give us the feeling of original therefore no matter where you are from and what kind of clothes or items that you have we are more than happy to carry your item and help you to sell it within our channels! Authentic Act and Verification

First of all, fashion industry is a very big and diverse industry! There are many designers under the same brand and sometimes a brand name clothes might only selling in certain country or location. For example, Burberry Blue Label and Pink Label these lines of Burberry are created only for Japan only and, as general customers, will not find it anyway else beside Japan. Therefore when you want to make sure the clothes that you purchase is 100% authentic please do check where it is originally from, the reason is that we do run into issue sometimes with 100% authentic been said it is not from local brand store and we confirmed with the line designer to make sure it is 100% authentic.

You can HELP; become one of our local contacts

Over the years, we do support many local stores and boutiques. We run into many people that appreciate for what we do and further supported us with actions. Recently, this community grow very fast therefore many of us decide to take a step forward. With your help we can deliver more runway clothes to your local boutiques and stores help them to grow!

What can you do?

First of all, remember we are not a company but an online group! Each one of us spent only certain among of time doing this for pleasure! Therefore we ask any one who wants to help this fashion community do not treat this as a full-time job only does it when you have time!
It is very obvious that we are looking for someone who is a fashion lover as well, and willing to go into your local stores and boutiques to introduce our group and build up your relationship with them. Then send us back e-mail with the name of stores that you visited and the date; further provide the contact information of their store owner(s) or managers.
In return you are getting commission per item from the stores you visited “continuously”! This means that as long as you are the first person to contact the store whenever they order anything from this group you will be getting the commission per item from us. Interest in this part-time job sends us the email to request for more information.

Your responsibilities

As you start to help this community, you need to maintain the store relation! Since this is not a job therefore we do not have any restriction of what you need to do and how you treating your stores, however if we do get complains from the stores about you we will ask you to explain the situation and try to understand both side of stories, but if, only if, we get more than 2 times of complains from the same store we will remove the store from your store list of yours.
The other things that you need to know is that, from time to time there might be situation when a store’s items cannot be deliver therefore we kindly ask our local contact take the item to the stores but this rarely happens.

Your protection as a local contact

Even this is not a job but we did run into situation when there are too many local contacts in one location therefore we only limited 2 – 4 local contacts depends the size of location so you don’t have to waste you time to go into a store and find out someone went before you. This is also why it is very important when you send information back to us you have to include the time that you visited the store. If someone visited the store before you did we will notify you within three days!

How to become a local contact?

It is very easy because this is not a job; therefore we don’t request resume or interview! Simply send your information (name, e-mail, contact number and current occupation) with an answer to “why you think you are a fashion lover?” to factoryplant@kimo.com subject: Local Contact [your name/location]. Second thing, very very important is that you need to have a Paypal Account.
