About Run for Biodiversity - USC Canada

For the past 12 years, USC Canada’s Run for Biodiversity has raised close to $50,000, with dedicated long-distance runners and walkers volunteering their bodies (and registration fees) to run wild for food and farmers during Ottawa Race Weekend!

The run helps raise awareness and support and funds for our work promoting biodiversity with farmers in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Biodiversity is all about food and farmers. It’s the earth’s life-support system, and nature’s brilliant insurance policy against disaster. If something fails, there’s a back-up plan: Biodiversity!
