EVERY PHOTO TELLS A STORY

The upload of photos of US, Canadian an Mexican railroads that
a) are accompanied by you telling why this photo is so remarkable to you - the subject, the scenery, the event or the circumstances you had to deal with while taking the photo,
b) or have a some sort of guessing game in them, and which stimulate other Flickr users to participate in the guessing,


PLEASE READ OUR GROUP RULES BEFORE JOINING:

Photo subject
We do not interfere with a photo subject as long as it is even remotely connected to our hobby, as long as the subject does not contain adult material.

Photos of related subjects (like memorabilia and novelty items) can be stimulating for the way we look at our hobby.

Upload limit
You can add four photos maximum per day.

Not allowed:
- Uploads without a description.
- Uploads that are already added to more then five other groups at the time of adding to this group (see next paragraph).
- Uploads that have a commercial intention (e.g because they contain a link to a commercial website and that serve no informational value for the guessers pool).
- Uploads where the data to be guessed are already provided in the text or tags, or very visible in the photo itself either in script or obvious logo.

We do not encourage extreme cross posting
Uploads to the group may initially only be uploaded to a maximum of five other pools to prevent comment and page view harvesting. After 48 hours members are free to add a photo to as many other groups as they wish.

Administrators can remove photos that are uploaded to more than five other groups at the time of uploading to this group without discussion.

If you feel that photo could be added to this group, but is already added to more then five groups, please upload this photo to Flickr again, and add this new upload to this group.

We do not encourage the use of logos and icons in comments, other then the Flickr buddy icons, and would like our members to remove comments with those illustrations.

NOTE
Administrators and/or moderators are entitled to invite photos to this group. Invited photos may not have to comply with group rules.
