Boundaries - Mayer State Park (west end), Tom McCall Preserve, Rowena Crest, Rowena Viewpoint, Memaloose Viewpoint, Memaloose Hills, and along Historic Highway 30 between Mosier and Rowena Oregon.

Location:
Rowena Crest is about 75 miles East of Portland Oregon, about midway between Hood River and The Dalles. It's located along the stretch of Historic Highway 30 that runs between Mosier and Rowena.
