About Romanian food & drinks

In turism se tot vorbeste despre faptul ca romanii nu au o bucatarie traditionala, ca au luat mamaliga de la italieni, ca palinca si-au revendicat-o ungurii, ca sarmalele sunt de fapt creatia turcilor, ca ciorba e de la polonezi si ca vrute si nevrute. Oare asa sa fie? Sau oare chiar conteaza? Nu e posibil ca tocmai aceasta mostenire gastronomica multiculturala ataaaat de diversificata sa dea valoare bucatariei romanesti?
