Dave Bonta (a group admin) says: 04 Sep 09 - International Rock-Flipping Day is changing dates and coordinators this year. It's going to be on Sunday, September 20th. I passed the baton to Susanna at Wanderin' Weeta blog in British Columbia, who was kind enough to volunteer. See her announcement post: wanderinweeta.blogspot.com/2009/09/rock-flipping-day-2009... |

About International Rock-Flipping DayInternational Rock-Flipping Day is moving to the third Sunday in September in 2009: September 20. This group is for people to share photos or other images they have created of whatever they find under rocks on that day. Pictures of people (or bears, raccoons, etc.) flipping rocks on that date are also permissible. Photos or artwork may be posted later, but they should have been taken on, or created in response to, that day. http://wanderinweeta.blogspot.com/2009/09/rock-flipping-day-2009-mark-your.html |
