10 Sep 07 - Welcome to the Rio Grande Valley group. Originally, the part of the Rio Grande Valley intended is the part with Starr, Hidalgo, and Cameron Counties in South Texas. However, the Rio Grande starts much further west. Photos and members from those parts are welcome as well. There is no group limit to the photos.
