Ever since getting an ABR800, I've loved the look of the close-up portraits I get when using it.

My goal is to create a collection of the finest ringflash images. If your image is not accepted into the group, please don't take it personally.

Obviously the name of the group says it all. We are looking for images using ringflash as main-light...not a portrait that happens to have a ringflash used as a fill-light.

PS: I'm new to admin'ing a group so...

About Ringflash Portraits

This group is to highlight only those really excellent portraits taken with a ringflash.

- MODERATE SAFETY LEVEL
- Tasteful or artful nudes okay
- No pornography

If your ringflash portrait doesn't smack of quality, it will not be displayed. Please don't take offense. Even some of my own ringflash portraits are not displayed here, as I don't feel they have that really good ringflash "pop".

There are several ringflash groups out there, we are looking for the best of the portraits that show that "ringflash look". (Usually this means moving in close to the subject.)
