This group is dedicated to Ridgely Tower in Springfield, Illinois, the last true Armstrong lever interlocking tower in the United States before it was removed from active service by the Union Pacific Railroad on June 29, 2010. Feel free to share your photographs of Ridgely Tower, both past and present. Any photos not related to Ridgely Tower, Ridgely Yard, or the immediate surrounding area will be removed.
