About Public Transport Passengers
The bus, train, tram, or other public tranportation vehicle is its own microcosm. People inside can look out on the world, screened from it by glass and secure in the knowledge that they will be swiftly conveyed away from what they are watching. Catch that moment when the guard is down. Or share views of your fellow passengers if you're on the vehicle with them. Extra kudos for imaginative images.
Passengers in taxis are OK but passengers in cars are not. Similarly pedicab passengers can be posted here but the driver can't. As a rule of thumb, if the passenger's paid for the ride, then they're in. If not, they're not.
At least some of the passengers have to be visible on the actual vehicle.
