About Budget Cover Competition FY2013

Each year the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts collaborates with the Governor's Office and the State Budget Office to feature original works of art by Rhode Island artists on the state budget document. The purpose of this Flickr group is to solicit images for review by the Governor and his staff for the cover of the State's FY2013 Budget documents.
