About RhonddaA Place to gather photographs taken in the Rhondda Valleys. Many people wrongly associated the Rhondda Valleys with being a dreary run down industrial landscape. Some may perhaps misinterpret the lyrics to songs such as 'Rhondda Grey'. However Max Boyce who wrote the song states that the colour and the song- Rhondda Grey is a colour not found in the valley towns but only in the faces of the old men that once worked in the mining industry. |
