Hi! This group is dedicated to the creative reuse of salvaged building materials.Getting creative with the reuse of salvaged and reclaimed materials is a great way to keep things out of the landfill. Feel free to share any photos you've taken of projects that meet these criteria:

It is made primarily of salvaged building or construction materials
It is an example of "repurposing" "upcycling" or "creative reuse" -- meaning you've given something old a new purpose in life.

The more details you can share about your project the better!

The ReBuilding Center of Our United Villages is the largest* non-profit resource for salvaged and reclaimed building materials in N. America. We hope to create a community of support and inspiration around the creative reuse of these materials. Creative reuse is a vital part of preventing resource extraction and keeping things out of the landfill.
