About REI Anderson Awards

The Anderson Award is a peer based recognition program; the award is granted to employees whose achievements and accomplishments exemplify REI's Core Values and support our Strategic Imperatives.

Eligibility
Active employees in good standing are eligible to receive the Anderson Award with the exception of managers, directors and VPs. Assistant managers and supervisors continue to be eligible for this award.

Nominating Process
An employee may nominate any other employee by completing the nomination form, describing the nominee's achievement(s) and/or accomplishment(s) that exemplify REI's Core Values and supporting our Strategic Imperatives.
