I uploaded a rehash of several of the pool images and dont really know if this is quite whats expected, but thought it might fit the bill regardless........Fingers crossed.
Please let me know your thoughts/comments or criticism's.

I have just gotten back from leave so apologies for the late reply.
Thanks so much for your excellent contribution; it is exactly what we are seeking. We will send the link to your image to all our 49 Participating agencies as an example of how people are creatively re-using the material they provided.
Please add more images when you can.
