El nombre de este grupo es tomado del libro del poeta Miguel Hernández (1910-1942), publicado en 1936. Lo uso como una metáfora de la pasión fotográfica que nos consume. He aquí algunos ejemplos:

Este rayo ni cesa ni se agota:
de mí mismo tomó su procedencia
y ejercita en mí mismo sus furores.

y también:

Sigue, pues, sigue cuchillo,
volando, hiriendo. Algún día
se pondrá el tiempo amarillo
sobre mi fotografía.


Pero la definición de fotografía callejera está en otro libro (Cancionero...):


Por las calles voy dejando
algo que voy recogiendo:
pedazos de vida mía
venidos desde muy lejos.

The name of this group is taken from the book of the poet Miguel Hernández (1910-1942), published in 1936. I use it like a metaphor of the photographic passion that consumes us. Here some examples on his writing (forgive my free translation):
