About Random Acts of Art

A Random Act of Art is any whimsical artistic endeavor designed to make the world a better place. There are no stead fast rules for what makes something a "random act of art" but here are some general guidelines:
- - - - > The piece is not intended for gallery use
- - - - > Very little pre-planning thought went into the piece before starting on it
- - - - > The piece is not a commercial product
- - - - > It usually involves working with what you have at the time and place
- - - - > When people come across it, the most common response is "Why would someone do this?" but they find themselves amused by it all the same
- - - - > The piece is left out for people to discover on their own terms

If you see someone with pictures of a project that follows all these guidelines, then by all means, add the picture to the pool!
