About The Ford Ranchero
The Ford Ranchero was a Utility Coupe produced by the Ford Motor Company from 1957-1979. It was based originally on the Ford Custom and Ranch Wagon chassis, but a total of 7 generations were made.

1957-1959 Ford Custom
Generation 2
1960-1966 Ford Falcon
Generation 3
1967 Ford Fairlaine
Generation 4, 5, and 6
1968-1969 Ford Torino
Generation 7
1977-1979 Ford LTD
From 1980-1982 there was a car sold on a very limited basis called the Ford Durango. It was manufactured by "National Coach" for Ford and was based on the Ford Fairmont chassis. I welcome also, pictures of "Phantom" cars - Ranchero's which Ford never made. People have customized Mustangs, Fairlanes, and several other Ford Motor Company products to make their own "Ranchero".
