20 Jun 08 - Please submit photographs of RAKU Fired Pieces Only. Your pieces can be RAKU Components (Pendants/Beads) or finished Jewelry containing any type of RAKU fired piece. Jewelry can be comprised of mixed media but must show how RAKU fired pieces can be incorporated. Members can submit Video of Pieces being made or pieces being fired and it is perfectly fine to submit page captures from other places where your RAKU piece has been featured, such as an etsy treasury, etc.

About RAKU Jewelry & Wearable Art

This group is for artists who create jewelry using Ceramic Pieces that were fired using the RAKU process. I am starting this group because of my love for Raku and my love for Beads, Buttons and Pendants...all of which can be made into gorgeous Jewelry and Wearable Art. Seeing the beauty of the Glazes on the pieces I hope will inspire members to make wonderful creations!
