Target Personas
|
We put up a new page on the Mozilla Wiki today with our original Target Persona, Jean Reilly.
I'd love to get any feedback people have for this persona and for other future personas we should have as the next step after Jean.

Hello Bryan,
I've spent some time thinking about and refining the description of the Jean persona.
In addition, I've asked (http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/contexts_instead_of_folders) for inputs to put together another persona - one that is more tech-oriented.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Hi Brian,
Here are my thoughts:
+ She is interested in trying new updates
+ She uses many different communication applications
+ She is trying to be productive in a technological world.
∆ She doesn't appear to be as technically inclined (in the description) as you are hoping. I'd suggest that she doesn't need to be an extension creator (I'm understanding extensions similar to Firefox Extensions)
∆ I'd add more emphasis about digital sharing and creation, as well as wanting to save time from having to juggle all the different locations that she is sharing content.
Hopefully these will help. Let me know if I need to clarif antyhing.
