About Raanana, Israel
Raanana
(latitude: N32.181, longitude: E34.867)
was founded over 80 years ago by pioneers from the US.
Since that time, Raanana has welcomed new immigrants from all over the world, with many of them coming from English-speaking countries. These immigrants have contributed in a positive way to the development of the city, particularly in the area of volunteerism. Many of the 80+ volunteer organizations in the city are manned by English-speaking residents, who help all sectors of the community.
This group serves to show our friends and family abroad the quality of life in Raanana.
We hope that this group contributes a little to promote Aliyah to Raanana.
We invite all residents and visitors of Raanana to add pictures of the beautiful CITY of Raanana.
We may consider of holding a photo contest in the not too distant future.
